      Looking at and discussing farmland bird management options on the ground is often a good way to find out best practice and discover methods that achieve results.  The events listed below are hosted by a range of organisations and will all cover aspects of management for farmland birds.  Please let us know if you would like to advertise your event here

      GWCT Farmland Bird ID days - Ahead of the 2018 Big Farmland Bird Count we will be running a series of farmland bird identification days for farmers throughout January and February. You can book your place now, be quick though - there are only 25 places available for each day:

      Hampshire - Monday 5th February, 10.45am - 3.00pm, Victoria Hall, Sutton Scotney

      Sussex - Wednesday 7th February, 10.45am - 3.00pm, Downs Barn, Sompting Estate
